Here's some of my favorite things to say in Azerbaijani:
İnşallah - God Willing
Ay - Hey
dəli - crazy
Olmaz! - Not allowed
Olar! - Allowed
Besti denə. - (southern accented) enough
Seni yörtəcəm. -I will shank you. (used only in jest with the hDad's)
Niyə de yox? - Why not?
İt hürər karavan keçir - mn. the dog barks but the caravan keeps going
Məşəyə çaqqalsız olmaz - mn. a forest without a jackal doesn't exist
